The Standard Rack Guarantee comes free with every roof rack purchase and ensures your rack fits your vehicle and works as expected. The Gold Rack Guarantee goes further — it's activated when you book a professional installation at one of our stores and includes Annual Rack Health Checks in Years 2 and 3, 3-year Key Cover with up to 2 replacement keys per year, free basic accessory fitting, and a 90-day exchange policy. Simply book your roof racks to be professionally fitted at any Roof Racks Galore store. The Gold Rack Guarantee is automatically applied at the time of installation. When shopping online simply change the Standard Guarantee in checkout to GOLD GUARANTEE and choose Click & Collect, once your order is reviewed from your selected store our friendly staff will contact you on next steps. Fitting charges apply and will be confirmed in-store before installation.
The Rack Health Check is a thorough safety inspection carried out by our experienced Fit Technicians. It covers all mounting points, feet, bars, and any fitted accessories to ensure everything remains secure and correctly torqued. A full safety check is performed at the time of installation, followed by Annual Rack Health Checks in Year 2 and Year 3 of your Gold Guarantee — so you can drive with confidence year after year.
Key Cover is included with your Gold Rack Guarantee and protects you if you lose your rack keys while on the road. You're covered for up to 2 replacement keys per year for 3 years from the date of installation. Simply visit any Roof Racks Galore store and our team will get you sorted — no drama, no cost.
You have 90 days from the date of installation to exchange your roof racks if they're not quite right for your needs. Whether your requirements have changed or you'd simply like a different setup, our team will work with you to find the right solution. Returns are hassle-free and can be processed at any of our store locations across Australia and New Zealand.
